Bruce Weatherly
Elder
Bruce has served as a Ruling Elder since 2020. He and his wife Donna have been part of Second City Church since 2012. Bruce and Donna live in the Allison Hill section of Harrisburg. In his free time Bruce enjoys studying, writing, bowling and fishing.
Second City Church is a Presbyterian Church, which describes how we govern ourselves. The pastor is a ‘Teaching Elder.” He is aided and held accountable in ministry by “Ruling Elders” who are elected by the congregation.
