Officers at Second City Church serve the needy, oversee our finances and assist pastor Jedidiah with ministry in the church. If you would like to explore whether God might be leading you down this path you should consider signing up for our year-long leadership course. The course will focus on spiritual formation, theological formation, and Christian leadership formation. Jed, I’m thinking you don’t read my messages here (cut and pasted from a facebook message) but I’ll try again. It’s now Sunday morning, February 19. I read in last week’s worship guide that there is to be the first meeting of the new leadership discussion group some time today. The notice did not say where the meeting is to be or at what time. At any rate, I am ill this morning and will not be at church. So, it appears I will miss this first meeting…unless it is, perhaps, being held tonight when I may feel better. At any rate, though I am not present at this first meeting, I continue to wish to be involved the group. Thank you, Faith Mc-C.
